In this clinic you can get different kinds of health services for your pet, including rutine tests and vaccinations, specialized tests, such as blood, virology, x-ray and dental x-ray, and treatments, from de-worming to surgery.
Appointments have to be set in advance. The team replies promptly to emails and phone messages. Email consultation is also possible outside of business hours.
The team is very attentive and accommodating, and will take the time to consider your pet's complaint. In case the reason for the complaint is not clear, the team will offer to run tests, informing you in advance of their costs, and will contact speciallist to get another perspective on the matter.
The atmosphere at the clinic is relaxed, empathetic and friendly.
The waiting room has soft lighting and low human loads, with some street sounds and daylight coming through the windows.
During daiylight hours, artificial lighting is not very dominant.
In the waiting room the lighting is warm and mainly composed of overhead quarz spots, but with two lamps at eye-level: one over the receptionist's counter and one a standing lamp behind the seating.
In the Examination Room, lights are strong and flourescent, all at ceiling level.
Normally there are no more than three humans with their pets in the waiting area at any given time. Mostly you will be waiting there with one other person.
It is possible to hear the rather busy street from inside the clinic.
Other common sounds are pet sounds and conversations between patiens' humans and the staff (can sometimes be loud) or between staff members (normally quiet and discreet).
In the examination room there is a low level of disinfectant smell
The front door is at street level and marked by the red vet V sign.
Two steps to get in.
Visits only by appointment. You can either call (and leave a message on voicemail if no reply) or email. Email get responded to promptly, even outside of business hours and on weekends.
When you arrive with your pet for your appointment, approach the receptionist and give your and your pet's name. You will then probably be asked to wait in the waiting room, which is the same room where the receprionist is located, right at the entrance. Seating is available, as well as a scale for weighing dogs before their appointment.
You will be called by the vet when ready to see your pet. Then you will carry your pet to the examination room and place them on the examination bench.
If your pet has to stay there for several hours, for example in case of an operation or dental treatment, you will be informed by phone when to come and pick them up.
After finishing the exam or treatment and before leaving with your pet, you will approach the receptionist again to pay for the service. An invoice can be sent to you by email or printed. You will be asked to choose one option.
