There is no official queue. To buy produce, start collecting the items you're interested in, and the vendor will give you a plastic bag to put them in. Once you've placed all the items you wanted in the bag, hand it to the vendor to get weighed. Then the vendor will tell you the price. Pay cash, and the vendor will hand you the bag.
You can bring bags from home and refuse the offered bagif you prefer to reuse.
