Ground floor of the Rathaus Passagen, all the way in the back.
Navigation would depend on the door you would enter the mall through.
If you enter under the Decathlon, walk all the way to the back of the mall and turn right. Te shop will be on your left before the next intersection.
Wheelchair accessible.
You can book an appointment in advance on the website, but walk-ins are welcome too.
As you arrive, you will be asked by a staff member to take a seat, by a table if available, or in a waiting seat otherwise.
Once staff is available to serve you, they will sit with you at a table, and ask you what you are looking to buy.
If needed, they will perform an optometry test. They will also give you time to try frames on your own.
Once you have your perscription and frame, you will both sit together again at the table, so they can mark your pupils on the glasses and adjust the frame to fit your face correctly. If you are getting sunglasses, they will bring color samples. There are colors that cost more than others. Once all the details are sorted, they will tell you the price and try to sell you insurance (that isn't mandatory).
The mall has binary-gendered toilets with a tipped attendant.
To reach them, leave the shop and turn right. At the end, turn right again.
