This clinic is a state-run establishment facing the river in Vilnius.
The building itself is large, but the corridors are winding, and people may be moving through or sitting in them.
Registry and treatment rooms are of varying sizes.
You may notice antiseptic/clinical smells.
You can arrive on foot, via bus, or via rideshare or car.
Limited parking is available on the river side of the building. A larger parking lot is accessible at the back of the building.
You can enter from the riverside entrance if you are on foot.
From the front doors, you arrive at a foyer, and then you have to find where you go. If you have an appointment, you should have the room number you need to find. However, the parts of the clinic are not logically laid out, and it may not be obvious at first where you need to go. It might be helpful to ask a staff member and show them (for example, if you have the information on your phone) where you need to go if it is not obvious.
You may have to register with one person and then go to a second room to access services from another.
Wheelchair accessible, elevators available.
First you must register with the Lithuanian state health service to choose a doctor and a time. You will be given a "cabinet" (office) number to go to.
When you arrive at the clinic, find that office or ask someone to show you (not everyone will speak English, but if you show the name of the doctor and the other information, they may be able to help).
Once you get to that office, someone will take your information -- be sure to present your ID -- and then they will direct you to another room.
You may have to take a number to wait for service in that other room.
When your number is called, you can enter the room, and the staff will take care of you.
If your service, for example, the Covid vaccine, is free under the Lithuanian state health service, you can leave after your treatment is done.
