Reasonably quiet - it's usually not difficult to find a desk to use your own laptop, or a library computer.
Sounds and Loudness
Generally fairly quiet, no radio or background music. Some people talking. If there is a children's activity happening, there will probably be the sound of children singing.

The entrance is opposite the Mitchell theatre. The entrance is obvious, with automatic double doors. Upon entering you will be in a porch, with automatic doors to left and right. Wheelchair accessible entrance.

How to get service

There are self-service machines by the entrance porch.

Librarian stations are to the right (when inside) of the entrance porch.

Toilets

Single-cell, gender-neutral, toilets. Each toilet is completely enclosed and self-contained, with sink and hand drying facilities in the room. There is also a wheelchair accessible toilet which is also completely enclosed and self-contained. You will need a code to get in (ask a librarian for the code). Once inside, there is a physical lock.
