Lighting

Overhead lighting, well lit, a bit of natural light if the sun's out but mainly moderate artificial overhead lighting.

There is one light sign at standing eye level.

Human Load
Booking is essential so there are never more people than seats. People walk around to pet the cats but there is always space for everyone, human and feline
Sounds and Loudness

Generally just human chatter, the occasional cat noise. Depending on how many children are in, the volume can vary.

Smells and Smoke

No notable smells, either from cats or coffee

Navigation at Address

Wheelchair accessible, with a gentle ramp.

There is a small foyer area to wait in before you enter the cafe itself, you will be let in by the staff at your designated time - this is to stop cats escaping. A couple of chairs are available in the foyer.

How to get service

Book in advance on the website. If you arrive before your designated time, you will have to wait in the foyer for your turn.

Before entering you will have to either take your shoes off or cover them with provided nylon covers.

Table service, pick a seat when you walk in and the staff will come and take your order shortly after - menus are on the tables.

Toilets

Two single-cell all-gender toilets, one of which is wheelchair accessible, no stairs or ramps, ground level.

There is confusing M/F sinage, but it's all-gender.
