A tiny restaurant offering a limited number of Taiwanese dishes, starring beef soup with pulled noodles, but including vegan and vegetarian options.
It is run by a taciturn older couple and often frequented by the Berlin Taiwanese community.
Some of the seating is on bar-stools and some on dining tables.
Direct, bright lights overhead, and daylight.
To avoid the lighting, sit outdoors.
When full, you might have to share a table with strangers, and might brush against them when getting in or out of your seat.
Indoors: an echoing space, and it gets pretty loud even when only half full. It really depends on how talkative and loud are the other guests.
Outdoors: the restaurant is located on a busy street with occassional emergency vehicle sirens.
The smeel of beef soup dominates the space.
The storefront is at street level.
One step to get in, so only outdoors seating is wheelchair accessible.
Order at the bar, pay cash upon ordering.
The menu is hanging on the wall above the bar, which can be a bit stressful if you are trying to decide what to order, so you might want to visit their website/Maps entry to decide what to order before you go there.
Please try and be patient with language/accent differences.
Food will be served at the table, but you can help yourself to condiments and clear your table yourself, if you want to be extra helpful.
No reservations or deliveries.
Please note the limited opening hours.
No toilets.
Plan ahead if you're having soup.
