When you arrive, you have to read a pretty long and informative consent form, where you also have to disclose some relevant medical info. You have to do this before each appointment, even if you've already done so before. To avoid the stress of reading all this text in public, it might be a good idea to read it in advance on the website. You can also ask the staff (also in English) for explanations. After the treatment, you can ask for a copy of the after-care instructions.
There are two armchairs and a sofa to sit on while reading, signing or waiting.
