A clinic with Internists, Gastroenterologists and Heart and Circulation experts.
Lighting is moderately bright and composed mostly of ceiling-embedded direct light fixtures. Daylight is available in parts of the waiting area and doctors' offices.
Even when the clinic is at capacity, you are unlikely to have to bump into strangers.
It gets pretty loud with conversation in the areas around the reception desk and labs, also depending on how loud and numerous the people pesent happen to be.
In the lab there are disinfectant smells. Otherwise, no specific smells were detected.
The clinic is on the first floor at the address, with both stairs and elevator available.
The main reception area is to the right of the stairs as you go up.
If you know you have an appointment on the left side of the clinic, you can go directly there. Otherwise, go to the right side to register.
Wheelchair accessible.
Get an appointment in advance, either via Doctolib or via 116117 (phon or website). To change an existing appointment, you can call or email the clinic.
When you arrive, stand at a distance from the reception desk till you are called to approach. There is a pole marking the distance.
If you need to get labwork done or leave samples, register before doing so. Leave the sample with a piece of paper that says your full name and date of birth (pens and papers are available next to the sample windows in the toilets next to the lab).
After registration you will be asked to take a seat and wait. You will be called by your last name when it's your turn, so it's best to make sure you can here the call, to avoid missing your appointment.
Waiting can be from a few minutes to even an hour.
If you have already been at the clinic this quarter, you don't need to arrive again to get perscriptions (new or renewed), as the staff can upload them directly to your health insurance card. You will need to show up for referrals.
In the right side of the clinic there are single-cell male and female toilets that have each a small window in it to leave samples for the labs.
On the left side of the clinic there is an ungendered toilet with a sample window, but that lab is not always in operation. If you leave a sample there, you should probably inform the lab staff that is where you left it.
If you get any intestinal tests, you will have a single cell ungendered toilet in a private area next to the test room. After the test, you will meet the doctor again in a little lounge next to the testing room.
