It's a café and ice cream shop.
You can sit there and enjoy your food/beverages inside or at outside tables on the sidewalk, or get it to-go.
There are lots of small overhead lights in the ceiling as well as slightly less direct lighting around the edge of it. And more light strips on the bottom of shelf boards, which can be at eye level. The lighting is of the warm type. There is also daylight through the front windows.
It os unlikely you'll have to brush against strangers.
Entrance at street level. There is a step to get in.
You can get cafe/beverages, cake and ice-cream.
It's self-service, so go inside and stand in line. The queue goes in a U-shape going straight from the entrance and then turning left at the first wall divider (to the deeper part of the cafe space) and back towards the entrance along the ice-cream and cake display. You can order at the display once the person before you is done. (sometimes there are two servers so you can already order at the same time as the person before you). Once you've got your order, you continue in the queue to get to the check-out, which is at the end of the display (closest to the window/entrance).
Cards payment accepted.
